DELIVERY
The Studio Art Gift Haidi Shop takes the utmost care in accepting and processing orders and will make every effort to deliver the products to the address of residence or company chosen by you, and in accordance with the selected delivery option.
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they were placed. We strive to deliver within 1 to 28 business days (for standard deliveries) after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Although we intend to deliver on time, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events or holiday spikes. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 40 days, you can cancel your order.
Before placing the order, you will be informed about the terms and time of delivery. After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the expected delivery details and a link to track the shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract from the date of placing the order up to 14 days after receiving the ordered products. You can exercise the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, by sending us a notification from your account in our store, use the withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation.
Remember that you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to collect the product or not collecting the product from the carrier and as a guest.

To avoid delays and errors, please include your order number in your notification.
NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to hand-made products imported to order, made to order from other commercial portals or personalized according to your specifications, and products that are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been opened by you after provided, e.g. underwear and socks.
You must return the product to the same address without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you gave your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. We may ask for documentation showing that the product was shipped before the deadline.
If you return the product by delivery, it must be properly packaged. In addition, please use the return label provided by us.
NOTE: The user is responsible for any damage incurred in transporting the product, unless the product was delivered in error or if the product was already damaged when the product was delivered. You bear the cost of returning the product. It is not possible to determine the cost of returning the product in advance as this depends on the weight of the package and the choice of transport etc. However, it is likely to cost the same as you paid us for delivery or more (provided the delivery was not free).
We offer 14 days free return service. Please include a feedback note with the returned order.
Returned products should be in good, unwashed, unused and undamaged condition, and the tag intact and attached to the product. The user is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
All payments will be refunded without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold payments until we have received the product for inspection or until it is proven that the product has been returned.
If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, we will refund the purchase price together with the original shipping costs (excluding any additional shipping costs that result from selecting a shipping option that is more expensive than standard shipping), however, any reduced value will be deducted. Unless otherwise stated, we will refund your money using the same means of payment that were used in the initial transaction.
If you want to find out more about your right of withdrawal, we recommend that you visit the official website of your Competition and Consumer Authority. You can also contact the national consumer protection authority in the country where the delivery takes place.
COMPLAINTS
In addition to the right of withdrawal, you may be covered by the statutory warranty of conformity of the goods in the event of defects, delayed delivery and / or products that do not fit your order under the UK Sales of Goods Act or similar legislation in the country where the delivery takes place.
