You can place orders using Studio Art Haidi S. After placing the order you will receive confirmation by email. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

SUPPLY

Studio Art Haidi S makes the utmost care in accepting and processing orders and will make every effort to deliver products to the address of residence or company chosen by you, and in accordance with the chosen delivery option.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they were placed. We strive to deliver within 1 to 28 business days (for standard deliveries) after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Although we intend to deliver within a certain period of time, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events or holiday severity. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 40 days, you can cancel your order.

You will be informed about the delivery terms and time before ordering. After placing the order, you will receive confirmation by e-mail with the expected delivery data and a link to track the shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract from the day of placing the order up to 14 days after receiving the ordered products. You can exercise your right of withdrawal without giving reasons by sending us a notification by post or e-mail, use the withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation.

Remember that you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to collect the product or not collecting the product from the carrier.

To avoid delays and errors, please provide your order number in the notification.

NOTE: The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products made / personalized according to your specifications and products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which were opened by you after delivery, e.g. underwear and socks.

You must send the product to the same address, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you gave your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. We may ask for documentation showing that the product has been shipped before the deadline.

If you return a product by delivery, it must be properly packaged. In addition, please use the return label we provided.

NOTE: The user is responsible for all damages incurred during the transport of the product, unless the product was delivered by mistake or if the product was already damaged when the product was delivered. You bear the cost of returning the product. We offer 14 days free return service. Please attach a return note to the returned order.
